The NHL season is almost here, and the stars of the NHL are in Las Vegas, including San Jose Sharks star Macklin Celebrini.
A yearly event put on by the NHLPA just before the season, the NHL’s top players all head to Vegas to give the league’s faces some publicity. Celebrini has been all over the media tour. Whether it is general media work for national TV networks, content creators, or A-list actors, the Sharks star is wanted everywhere.
Celebrini was the San Jose Sharks representative last season and will likely be at this event every season. The 25-26 season put him on the map as a top NHL player. He is included in the same category as Connor McDavid, Sidney Crosby, and others.
Among the top NHL players, Celebrini is one of the youngest at just 20 years old. His life is all hockey, but he knows when to have fun too. You saw that in one of the most interesting crossover interviews you’ll see. The San Jose Sharks franchise star sat down with Belmont Cameli, the breakout star of the TV Show “Off-Campus.”
Cameli and Celebrini also have a bit of a connection. Former Sharks teammate Vincent Iorio served as a body double for Cameli in some on-ice scenes in the show. Celebrini also revealed that he was asked to have a role in the show, but filming took place in the middle of the night.
Celebrini has connected with other hockey content creators like Jonny Lazarus and True Crew. Lazarus took to social media and told everyone that Celebrini recently hired a stylist. The pre-game fits for San Jose Sharks games might be getting an upgrade.
Crew and Celebrini went one-on-one, and it went exactly how anyone would expect. Celebrini dominated.
Training camp for the Sharks will start in a week, but hockey will happen this weekend with the 2026 Rookie Face-Off.
